Fotocom step-down filter adapter 49mm (lens) to 37mm (filter)

The Fotocom 49-37 mm step-down adapter ring lets you attach smaller 37 mm filters to a lens with a 49 mm front thread. Although most photographers prefer step-up rings, a step-down adapter is useful when a smaller filter has already been bought and there is no risk of vignetting at the focal length used. Made from lightweight aluminium alloy with a black anodised finish.

Key features

• The 49 mm male thread screws onto the lens; the 37 mm female thread accepts 37 mm filters
• Aluminium alloy construction - lightweight and corrosion resistant
• Black anodised finish to reduce stray reflections
• Compact and easy to carry as a camera bag accessory
• Note: check for vignetting at wide-angle focal lengths before use
