An eyecup protects the viewfinder, gives your eye a more comfortable position and blocks stray side light so you see the frame more clearly. To choose the right one, go by the original eyepiece designation (for example Nikon DK-25 or Canon EB, EF, EG) or by the camera model listed in the product name. A worn or lost eyecup is easy to replace yourself.
