Ring LED Lights produce even, soft light on the face and the familiar catchlight in the eyes. This category includes desktop and stand-mounted ring lights from 6 to 12 inches, RGB models, on-camera ring lights with a 67mm thread and flexible-arm lights from Quadralite, Nanlite, SmallRig, Newell and Fotocom.

Ring lights are popular for portraits, beauty videos, vlogging, video calls and macro photography. When choosing, consider the diameter, colour temperature adjustment (for example 3200–5500 K), dimming and whether a stand or carrying case is included.
