K&F Concept Nano-X Black Mist 1/1 77mm Diffusion Filter

The K&F Concept Nano-X Black Mist 1/1 is a high-quality diffusion filter made of hardened optical glass. The use of numerous anti-reflective and protective nano-coatings effectively protects the lens from scratches and reduces unwanted light glitter. The filter diameter is 77 mm.

Diffusion filters allow you to give your digital image a more analog and organic feel. Advanced cameras and video camcorders capture images of such high quality that many viewers perceive it as artificial and too sharp. Diffusion filters reduce the contrast of the scene and create a soft glow around light sources, which is associated with classic film. The tonal range of the image becomes larger, and the transitions between its dark and light parts – smoother. The Black Mist 1/1 filter also affects exposure by allowing 74% of light to pass through, which needs to be corrected for shutter speed, aperture or ISO.

The Nano-X filter series stands out from other accessories with numerous coatings that have a positive effect on image quality. They provide protection against unwanted glare, water or greasy stains. There are no stains on the lenses, and fingerprints or other impurities are very easy to remove. The optical glass used in their production is resistant to scratches, cracks or chips. Nano-X also offers filters with thin rings. Their aluminum, electroplated frame is only 3.3 mm wide and allows you to work with wide-angle lenses without fear of vignette, while its fine grooves make it easy to wind and protect against jamming.

Use

Black Mist is a series of photo filters that is particularly popular among video creators. 1/1 diffusion allows you to significantly change the image recorded by the digital camera, giving it a characteristic, analog style.
