K&F Concept ND8 100x150mm Hard Graduated ND Filter

The K&F Concept rectangular ND filter made of optical glass with dimensions of 100 × 150 mm, dedicated to all filter mounting systems with a width of 100 mm and a thickness of 2 mm, such as K&F Concept, Haida 100-PRO, Haida M10, Nissi or Lee. The optical density of ND8x (ND0.9) corresponds to 3 aperture divisions.

Hard Graduated filters have a clear cut off of the neutral and dark areas, allowing for precise exposure correction only in part of the frame. The glass used in the production of K&F Concept filters is additionally reinforced with protective coatings that prevent scratches and chips, as well as hydrophobic coatings, thanks to which stains do not form on them. Also, all greasy dirt or fingerprints are very easy to remove. High-quality materials guarantee an image with natural, saturated colors. The filter comes with an elegant, stiffened case and a protective box.

Use

Rectangular photo filters are particularly popular among landscape photographers. Although they take longer to use, they offer much more possibilities than traditional, round filters screwed directly onto the lens. The ability to change their position in the holder and move them up and down makes it easier to achieve the correct exposure in situations where parts of the frame would be at risk of overexposure.
