The SmallRig 3982 Cage for Nikon Z 8 with MB N12 Battery Grip is for protecting the camera and attaching accessories. A 1/4" 20 screw at the bottom locks the camera in place and an M2.5 screw on either side, with rubber pads that prevent scratches, and 
It maintains full access to the buttons, card slots, battery cover and flip screen. 


There are mounting points for various accessories, 1/4" 20 & 3/8" 16 threads and ARRI 3/8" 16 mounting hole support Top Handle 2165 & 1638, Side Handle 2093 & 2425, Monitor Mount 2903 & 2904 and Magic Arm 3875; two cold shoe mounts fit a microphone and LED video light.


The lower Arca Swiss quick release plate also supports DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbals for quick switching between handheld, gimbal and tripod modes. At the front, there are two 1/4" 20 threaded holes for Dual 15mm Rod Clamp 942, matte box, lens mount; and a 1/4" 20 locating hole for Single Rod Clamp 3276 for focus follower.

Please remove the split ring on both sides of the camera before installing this cage ,
