MITOYA HERON is an advanced lighting tripod made of lightweight and durable carbon fiber. The use of carbon has allowed to maintain a wide range of height adjustment from 50 to 210 cm with a low weight of only 860 g. The mechanism of reverse folding of the legs and the possibility of spreading them flat on the floor make it easier to transport and work on the set - also arranged in home spaces.

The tripod has four telescopically extendable sections. Each of them is independently adjustable and locked with a large clamp. The cross-section of the individual sections is 27 mm (the base part of the column), 24 mm, 21 mm, 18 mm and 15 mm, respectively. A height of 210 cm is achievable in the standard tripod position when the tripod legs are extended upwards. Running parallel to the ground, the maximum working height is 180 cm. The stability of the tripod is increased by non-slip feet. For greater comfort of work, one of the feet can be additionally adjustable - this allows you to work safely even on uneven surfaces. The cross-section of the legs is 15 mm.

The HERON has a standard 16 mm studio head (stem) and is finished with a 3/8'' thread. The set includes a small nut - an adapter for a universal 1/4'' photo thread. Thanks to this solution, you can mount both a studio lamp, a RING LED ring lamp, and other small accessories on the tripod. On the central column we will also find thin straps with Velcro, making it easier to secure the power cables. The permissible load capacity of the tripod is 3 kg.
