Flash Reflectors

Flash reflectors are metal dishes that shape and concentrate the beam of a studio flash or LED light. This category includes standard 18 cm (7 inch) reflectors, flat and wide reflectors, honeycomb grids and diffusion domes from Godox, Nanlite, Fomei, Quadralite and Zhiyun.
The reflector angle determines the spread: a narrower one, such as 45° or 55°, gives directional, contrasty light, while a wider one lights a background more evenly. A grid narrows the beam further. When choosing, check the mount, such as Bowens, Nanlite FM or Zhiyun ZY-Mount, and compatibility with your light.
