Hoya PRO ND4 58 MM

The Hoya PRO ND4 58 MM is a colour-neutral grey (neutral density) filter for photographers and HDSLR video shooters. It cuts the light reaching the sensor by 2 stops so you can use longer exposures or wider apertures in bright light.

• Filter thread diameter: 58 mm
• Reduces light by 2 f-stops
• ACCU-ND anti-reflection coating on both sides keeps colours accurate
• Colour stays the same across different densities, so no white balance or post-processing correction is needed
• Allows longer exposures when you cannot stop down further or lower ISO
• Shallow depth of field with fast lenses on sunny days, useful for portraits and film
• Helps match exposure on video cameras where shutter speed cannot be adjusted freely
• Thin aluminium Low Profile Frame mount that avoids vignetting, even on super wide-angle lenses
