Hoya PRO ND200 62 MM

The Hoya PRO ND200 62 MM is a colour-neutral grey (neutral density) filter that cuts the light reaching the sensor by 7 2/3 stops. It is designed for photographers and for HDSLR video shooters.

• Light reduction: 7 2/3 f-stops
• Filter diameter: 62 mm
• ACCU-ND anti-reflective coating applied to both sides of the filter for faithful colour reproduction
• Colour-neutral: no white balance adjustment or extra digital colour correction needed when switching between filters of different densities
• Allows longer exposure times when the aperture cannot be closed further or ISO cannot be lowered
• Enables shallow depth of field with fast lenses in bright sunlight, useful for portraits and film work
• Helps match exposure on film cameras where shutter speed cannot be freely adjusted
• Suited to rendering motion, such as waterfalls and other natural scenery
• Thin aluminium Low Profile Frame helps avoid vignetting, even with super-wide-angle lenses
