Description
Foma Retro Special is a two-part (not two-bath) film developer intended for manual processing of black-and-white negative films, especially Foma Retropan 320 Soft. It can also be used to develop other types of black-and-white roll or sheet films.
The powders must be dissolved in 700 ml of warm water (40 °C), then the solution must be diluted with water to a final volume of one litre. One pack of powder is sufficient to develop 1.3 m² of film material or the following amounts of sheet film: 25 sheets of 8 × 10 inches, 50 sheets of 5 × 7 inches, 100 sheets of 4 × 5 inches; or, for example, 36 m of perforated 35 mm wide film, which corresponds to 25 films in 135-36 format.
