SmallRig 5956 Cage Basic Kit for Canon EOS R6 Mark III / R6 Mark II (Advanced Edition)

The SmallRig 5956 is an Advanced Edition basic cage kit for the Canon EOS R6 Mark III / R6 Mark II. It is designed to reduce arm load and increase stability during handheld shooting, while offering a wide range of accessory mounts. It includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp, a top handle and a side handle.

The kit incorporates HawkLock quick release interfaces for swift and secure mounting. The cage secures the camera with a single 1/4"-20 screw at the base and two locating blocks on the sides, with built-in silicone pads to prevent scratches.

• Mounting: H21 quick release NATO rail, H38 Arca-Swiss quick release plate, 1/4"-20 threaded and locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, cold shoe mount, QD interfaces, strap slots
• Bottom plate: built-in Arca Swiss plate, compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilizers
• Handles: top handle for low-angle shots; side grip with a silicone insert for more stable two-handed shooting
• Cable clamp: HDMI & USB-C cable clamp with a single thumbscrew
• Tools: built-in magnetic flat-head screwdriver and hex spanner

Not compatible with the DJI RS 4 Mini gimbal. When used with cage 5956, the Canon R6 Mark II is incompatible with the included cable clamp; for this configuration, cable clamp 2981 must be purchased separately.
