SmallRig 6774 advanced HawkLock cage for Sony FX5

SmallRig 6774 Advanced HawkLock cage for the Sony FX5 camera. Protective pads are built into the points of contact with the camera to help prevent scratches. The top mounting plates are each secured with two screws and are removable for compatibility with the Sony XLR handle (XLRH2B) and the electronic viewfinder (DVFEL1B). The U-shaped cage is secured with three 1/4"-20 screws on each side and on the bottom, providing a stable mount that does not rotate.

The battery compartment has a lever design that follows the contours of the camera body more closely, improving finger support and grip comfort. A dedicated HDMI cable clamp helps protect the port and maintain a stable signal during shooting. The cage has built-in 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI locating holes, a NATO rail, an Arca-type QR quick release plate, a wrist strap hole and other features for attaching a wide range of professional accessories.

In addition to quick installation and removal, the NATO rail and the Arca-type QR quick release plate have an anti-drop design at both ends, which improves safety even in demanding shooting conditions. The cage has a built-in magnetic wrench for easy access and simple assembly.

Note: when using the top plate with the NATO rail, the confirmed compatible cold shoe accessories are the Sony ECM-B1M, ECM-M1, ECM-B10 and the DJI Mic 2 cold shoe adapter. The confirmed incompatible cold shoe accessories are the Sony ECM-W3, ECM-W3S and ECM-W2BT microphones. When using the Sony XLR handle (XLRH2B) or Sony EVF (DVFEL1B), all top plates must be removed first.
