The Phottix Laso TTL RT System Receiver Canon lets non-radio Canon E-TTL flashes join a Canon-compatible radio system. Mount a flash on it and control it from the Laso Transmitter, the Canon ST-E3-RT or a Canon radio-enabled flash; it can also trigger studio lights.
