Ulanzi Ombra Ying 158cm Tripod

ULANZI OMBRA YING is an interesting choice for filmmakers and photography enthusiasts looking for a lightweight tripod for compact cameras, mirrorless cameras or smartphones. The tripod offers a height range from 49.5 cm to 158 cm. Its construction is based on aluminum alloy and ABS plastic. It is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, and at the same time it is extremely light, which increases the comfort of everyday use.

The tripod legs consist of four sections and are locked with latches. The ratchet system allows you to tilt them at a greater angle and set them almost parallel to the ground. OMBRA has wide rubber feet that can be removed - under them you will find practical spikes. The cross-section of the legs and the central column are profiled and matched to each other, thanks to which the whole thing has a diameter of only 5 cm and is comfortable to carry. The central column also has a hook for hanging an additional load.

The OMBRA YING has a ball head mounted on a 3/8" thread. Field work is facilitated by a small spirit level, a mini-compass and a 360° angle scale. Ergonomic butterfly clamps are responsible for locking the bearing. The detachable, aluminum quick release with a 1/4" thread meets the Arca Swiss standard.

The tripod comes with a fabric case and a phone holder. Its design allows for 360° rotation, allowing you to film both vertically and horizontally.

Use

The construction of the OMBRA YING ULANZI combines very high strength and low weight. The original design of the legs and the main speaker means that the tripod itself takes up very little space when folded and is perfect for traveling. The ball head with a universal quick release plate in the Arca Swiss standard will allow you to shoot from almost any angle, and the possibility of reverse switching of the central column will make it easier to take photos directly from above, e.g. for macro photography. ULANZI OMBRA YING is a versatile and highly mobile tripod, making it the perfect piece of equipment for everyday use.
