Mitoya Octopus XL Mini Tripod

A durable and versatile tabletop tripod with flexible legs made of reinforced rods. It is especially useful in the field during outdoor shooting – thanks to it, it will be possible to place the camera even on an uneven surface, e.g. on stones or sloping ground. The tripod has a standard 1/4 inch photo thread and an additional reduction - a nut that converts it into a 3/8 inch thread. Thanks to this, we can use it not only for cameras and video cameras, but also for other accessories - e.g. 3D heads, external microphones or mounts.

REMARK! The 3/8-inch nut is screwed onto a smaller thread at the factory. In its upper part there is a groove. To unscrew it, the most convenient way is to use a small coin.

The Octopus XL is a tripod that is also suitable for advanced equipment. Its load capacity is up to 5 kg, so you can even place a professional DSLR camera on it. The tripod legs are long covered with soft, profiled foam and offer strong resistance when bending. To improve stability and greater safety, each foot also has a non-slip rubber foot.

Use

A flexible tripod is the best option for traveling photographers. Thanks to its special design, it takes up very little space, and is always ready to use and unfolds very quickly. With its help, you will position the camera evenly and correctly in difficult terrain, but you will also be able to successfully "entangle" it around a pipe or branch.
