NiSi Square Filter Explorer 100x150mm Medium IRGND8 3Stop

The NiSi Explorer 100x150 mm Medium IRGND8 (0.9) is a 3-stop graduated neutral density filter with a medium-fast transition, used to even out differences in brightness between the sky and landscape. The upper half of the filter is dark gray and reduces the light by 3 stops, which increases color saturation and makes clouds more visible; the lower half is completely clear. The medium-fast transition suits motifs with hills, trees and other details that break the horizon, as well as shooting a sunrise or sunset over the sea; simply put, a very good all-round filter.

• Special B270 tempered glass that makes it twice as durable as typical glass filters
• Does not affect the coloration of the image; IR coating and dirt-, water- and oil-repellent Nano coating
• Compatible with the NiSi 100mm filter system and usable on lenses with a filter thread from 49 mm to 95 mm
• Tempering makes the filter less prone to accidental damage, but it is not unbreakable
