NiSi Square Filter Explorer 100x100mm IRND 1000 10Stops

The NiSi Explorer 100x100 mm IRND 1000 is a 10-stop neutral density filter from the Explorer series. These filters are made of hardened glass that is much less prone to accidental breakage than standard glass filters and are suited to active photographers. ND1000 / 10 stops suits daytime use, when bright ambient light requires much more light blocking than at the beginning or end of the day; during the golden hour with the appropriate settings it can prolong exposures for up to 5 minutes.

• Special B270 tempered glass that makes it twice as durable as typical glass filters
• Does not affect the coloration of the image; IR coating and dirt-, water- and oil-repellent Nano coating
• Compatible with the NiSi 100mm filter system and usable on lenses with a filter thread from 49 mm to 95 mm
• Tempering makes the filter less prone to accidental damage, but it is not unbreakable
