NiSi Square Filter Explorer 150X150mm IRND 8 3Stops

A 150x150 mm square IRND 8 neutral density filter with a 3-stop reduction. NiSi Explorer series filters are made of hardened B270 glass that is far less prone to accidental breakage than standard glass filters, and are made for active photographers. An ND8 is commonly used for waterfalls and capturing water flow at shutter speeds from 0.5 seconds to 2 seconds.

• Neutral density reduction: 3 stops (IRND 8)
• Tempered B270 glass, about twice as durable as typical glass
• IR coating and a Nano coating that repels dirt, water and oil
• Does not affect the coloration of the image

The filter is tempered but not unbreakable, and the hardening may decline over time.
