NiSi Square Filter Explorer 150X150mm IRND 1000 10Stops

A 150x150 mm square IRND 1000 neutral density filter with a 10-stop reduction. NiSi Explorer series filters are made of hardened B270 glass that is far less prone to accidental breakage than standard glass filters, and are made for active photographers. This filter suits daytime shooting, when much more light blocking is needed, and with the appropriate settings it can prolong exposures to up to 5 minutes during the golden hour.

• Neutral density reduction: 10 stops (IRND 1000)
• Tempered B270 glass, about twice as durable as typical glass
• IR coating and a Nano coating that repels dirt, water and oil
• Does not affect the coloration of the image

The filter is tempered but not unbreakable, and the hardening may decline over time.
