Description

A gray, square photo filter by K&F Concept with dimensions of 100 × 100 mm, dedicated to all filter mounting systems with a width of 100 mm and a thickness of 2 mm, such as K&F Concept, Haida 100-PRO, Haida M10, Nissi or Lee. Ensures uniform darkening of the entire frame without affecting the original color of the shot. ND8x optical density (ND0.9) allows exposure correction by 3 f-stops.

K&F Concept filters are made of high-quality optical glass, covered with protective and hydrophobic layers. Thanks to additional protection, they are resistant to scratches and cracks, as well as the deposition of dirt from water or oil. High-quality materials guarantee excellent image quality with natural, saturated colors. The filter comes with an elegant, stiffened case and a protective box.

Use

Rectangular filter systems are most often used on film sets or in landscape photography. Although their use requires longer preparation from the photographer, in many ways they are superior to traditional, round filters screwed onto the lens. With a compatible holder and adapter (sold separately), they can be used with almost any lens. An ND8x value equivalent to three aperture stops will help balance out the exposure on a clear, bright day, eliminating potential overexposure or allowing for a wider aperture. Hardened optical glass, protective layers and rounded corners make using K&F Concept filters simple, convenient and safe.
