Hoya Fusion Antistatic Next UV filtrs (aizsargfiltrs) 82mm

HOYA engineers have developed a new ANTISTATIC coating that acts as a force field around the filter, repelling dust. These filters are ideal for environments where dust is common: they need less frequent cleaning and maintenance than traditional filters. In addition, the hardened antistatic top layer is water-repellent and stain-resistant, and is easy to wipe clean if the surface gets fingerprints or smudges. The UV filter blocks unwanted ultraviolet rays, reducing haze and improving clarity.

The new FUSION ANTISTATIC NEXT professional filters are made in Japan from hand-selected silicates that are carefully melted and blended to produce high-performance optical glass. HOYA then applies the advanced 18-layer Super Multi-Coating (on both sides) with extreme care and precision, significantly reducing or eliminating reflections on the glass surface and providing ultra-clear, high light transmission. This means the filter has virtually no effect on the colour balance, contrast or clarity of the final image.

The filter has a lightweight, one-piece, low-profile aluminium frame that holds the glass. This one-piece design ensures the filter keeps perfect parallel alignment with the sensor plane for maximum sharpness, while the low-profile shape prevents vignetting when used with ultra-wide-angle lenses.
