Ilford film HP5 Plus 400/36

HP5 Plus is a high-speed film whose great strength is its exceptional exposure latitude. Its fine grain stands out particularly, increasing only very gradually with extended development. It is therefore well suited above all to reportage and sports photography, or to shots in poorer lighting conditions.

When processing it, the specific characteristics of the individual ILFORD developers can be fully exploited. ILFOTEC and MICROPHEN are ideal for extended development.

HP5 Plus is a film with a nominal speed of ISO 400/27°, which can be push-processed up to ISO 3200/36°. HP5 Plus can be processed by all common methods, even those that use shortened fixing and washing. Its wide exposure latitude and tolerance of different processing methods make it a very robust film.
