Ilford film Delta 400-120

New emulsion technology with layered flat silver halide crystals has made it possible to significantly change the conventional relationship between speed, resolution, graininess and development time. It has made possible a film with a speed of ISO 400/27° whose properties are comparable to other films with a speed of ISO 100/21°. With optimal exposure, it delivers a very rich range of halftones and faithful rendering in both highlights and shadows.

DELTA 400 Professional has a nominal speed of ISO 400/27°. Although its exposure latitude is not the greatest among ILFORD films, it delivers excellent results even at exposures such as ISO 200/24° and 800/30°. It can be processed by all common methods and in all ILFORD baths.

The ideal developers are ILFOTEC HC, ILFOTEC LC 29, DDX and ID-11.
