Caruba Nikon DK 24 Eyecup

The Caruba Nikon DK 24 is a replacement rubber eyecup for cameras using the Nikon DK 24 model. It slides onto the viewfinder rim and can be kept as a spare or used to replace a lost eyecup.

The rubber rim closes the gap between the eye and viewfinder, blocking daylight from the sides that can reduce apparent image contrast and make exposure harder to judge. Its soft surface cushions contact with the skin and spectacle lenses and helps protect spectacle lens coatings from scratches. Check your camera manual for the matching eyecup model, as viewfinder rims vary between cameras.
