Description
A remote cord that duplicates the camera shutter button. It is essential for avoiding unwanted camera movement, for example in long exposure shots.
Pressing halfway makes the camera focus, pressing fully takes a shot, and pressing fully and sliding the switch in the direction of the arrow locks it, which is useful for long bulb exposures. To release the switch, slide it in the opposite direction and let go.
