Foma Fixer 500ml

Foma Fomafix is a fast-acting, non-hardening fixer suitable for any type of black-and-white film and photo paper. It can be used for both manual processing (in a developing tank or tray) and automated processing (in machine processors). The fixer is very effective, with strong buffering capacity and long-term stability.

The dilution for manual processing is 1:5, and for machine processing 1:4. 1 litre of working solution at 1:5 dilution fixes 17 films in 35 mm format (36 exposures) or roll films (120), an equivalent amount of sheet film (up to 40 sheets of 12.7 × 17.8 cm) or 3.0 m² of photo paper.

The fixing time at 20 °C is 1–3 min depending on the type of film/paper. The contents of this pack make up to 3 litres of fixer.
