The LUX100 PRO Yongnuo flash is a development and improvement of the popular LUX100 base model. Slightly more powerful (120 W instead of 100 W) than its predecessor, it offers the same advanced features while maintaining pocket dimensions. Based on COB LED technology, it guarantees a strong and homogeneous light beam, the power and colour temperature of which can be adjusted. On the PRO model, the color temperature adjustment scale has been expanded to cover the range from warm light 2700 K to cool light 6500 K. A CRI of 95+ ensures a faithful reproduction of the natural colours of the environment. The lamp also has 12 scene programs, making it easier to achieve creative effects on video recordings.

The light settings are controlled in the same way as in the basic version. We have clearly described function buttons and a large knob at our disposal. The current values are displayed on the LCD screen. Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth module, it is possible to control the device from a smartphone application, and using radio communication, we can include the lamp in the framework of a more extensive lighting system.

Like the LUX100, the PRO version features a lightweight and compact design. Without additional accessories, the lamp measures 12 × 12.5 × 12.5 cm and weighs only 795 g. The plastic casing has numerous perforations to facilitate cooling of components, which is the responsibility of the built-in fan. An important difference is the use of additional aluminium reinforcement for elements exposed to high loads. The flash also has a Bowens metal adapter, thanks to which it can work with a wide range of studio light modifiers. On its bottom there is a reinforced plate with a 1/4'' hole - the lamp can be mounted directly on a tripod or a profiled handle can be screwed to it.

LUX100 PRO can be powered by mains (power supply included) or with two NPF batteries (sold separately). The place for the batteries is in the aforementioned unscrewable handle. An alternative power source can also be a V-lock battery - the manufacturer's offer includes a second version of the handle, with this power standard. REMARK! The lamp lights up at full power only when the mains is powered. When using rechargeable batteries, the power is automatically limited to 60 W.

The KIT version includes - in addition to the lamp itself and the AC adapter - the aforementioned handle with space for NPF batteries, an aluminum lampshade and a stiffened case. The handle also allows you to mount the flash on a tripod with a traditional 16 mm studio head and adjust its angle.
