LED lamp Yongnuo YN-300 III Bi-color

The lamp is sold without a power source. Details in the description.

The YN-300 III Yongnuo flash with color temperature control is a compact but also efficient device that can be successfully used by both professionals and amateurs of filming and photography. The light they generate is strong and expressive, and the angle of its incidence can be additionally adjusted thanks to four movable flaps (the so-called gates), located on the sides of the housing.

The panel consists of as many as 300 LEDs with a lifespan of up to 50 thousand hours. Half of them emit light with a temperature of 3200 K, while the other half is responsible for the color of 5600 K - thanks to which it is possible to precisely adjust the color temperature throughout this range. The power can be adjusted smoothly from 1 to 99% or in steps of 10. The currently selected value is displayed on a small LCD screen. An additional advantage of the lamp are 4 hinged flaps, one on each side of the housing. Thanks to them, you can direct light exactly where it is needed. The set also includes a milky diffuser that softens the harsh light of the lamp, as well as an orange filter, additionally warming the light (CTO).

An important function of the device is the possibility of wireless control, which can be done in two ways. The lamp comes with a remote control , responsible for turning the device on and off, as well as adjusting the power. The lamp also has a Bluetooth 4.0 module. The whole thing is complemented by a dedicated mobile application YONGNUO, available for download from the manufacturer's official website. The application is designed for Android and iOS devices. It can be used to control operating parameters, and the range of the Bluetooth connection itself is up to 15 meters.

Lightweight and handy, the YN-300 III can be mounted on a tripod with a 1/4-inch thread or held in the hand thanks to a special handle. The panel can be powered by a classic NP-F series battery (models NP-F750, NP-F770, NP-F930, NP-F950, NP-F960, NP-F970) or by means of an AC adapter. The power supply and batteries are not included in the set and must be purchased separately.

Compatible AC adapters are the FJ-SW126G1202000E 12V/2A (YN12V2A) and FJ-SW20171205000D 12V/5A (ZSLCZYN600) models.

Use

LED lamps are often used as lighting for video cameras. Their undoubted advantage is low power consumption and a relatively large amount of emitted light. The lamp is a solid product for demanding users. It allows for nice lighting of the frame, and the possibility of using a dimmer allows for precise control of the light. These types of products are also increasingly used by make-up artists and beauticians, both during their work and to immortalize its effects in a photo or video.
