When speed and smooth movement matter, the Wimberley MH-100 MonoGimbal Head brings the capabilities of a full-size gimbal head to your monopod at a fraction of the weight and size. The unique design allows you to tilt the lens around its center of gravity, preventing it from tipping forward or backward while retaining the full range of motion.
Solid and lightweight construction
The solid aluminum and steel construction of the MH-100 means that the strength of the monopod is the only weight limitation. The gimbal head can be mounted directly on a 3/8"-16 thread and can also be securely attached to an Arca-Swiss-style quick-release clamp.
Compact and portable gimbal solution
The compact, self-contained design centers the combined weight of the camera and lens over the monopod, allowing smooth tilting movement.
Large tilt knob with tension adjustment
The tilt knob can be tightened to lock the lens in position. Alternatively, loosen the knob slightly to allow movement with enough resistance to prevent the lens from tipping forward or backward. The large knurled knob is easy to operate, even with gloves on.
Wimberley MH-100 compatibility
The MH-100 is compatible with Arca-Swiss-style quick-release plates, long lens plates or replacement lens feet.
Versatile mounting options
Mount the MH-100 directly on a tripod's 3/8"-16 threaded stud or attach the tripod head directly to an Arca-Swiss-style quick-release clamp. The included removable safety stop screws prevent accidental detachment from the clamp.
