Chasing M2 S 2.0 Advanced Set with 2 batteries

Chasing M2 S 2.0 Advanced Set is a complete industrial underwater ROV package for inspection, survey, recovery and documentation. It builds on the M2 S platform with a 200 m tether and manual reel, spare thrusters, Floodlight 2, Grabber Claw A, carrying case and an additional 200 Wh battery for longer or multi-stage missions.

4K underwater imaging

The M2 S uses a 1/2.3-inch CMOS camera that records 4K video at up to 30 fps and captures 12 MP still images in JPEG or DNG format. Electronic image stabilization helps keep recorded footage steady, while the 150-degree field of view provides a broad view for inspection and navigation. Full HD video can be recorded at frame rates up to 120 fps.

Two integrated LEDs provide a combined 4000 lumens with adjustable output. The included Floodlight 2 adds two externally mounted 2000-lumen lights that can be positioned away from the camera axis, helping illuminate larger areas and reduce reflections from suspended particles.

200 m tether and multidirectional movement

The ROV is rated for diving to 100 m and the 200 m tether gives additional horizontal working range. The tether is managed with the included manual reel. Eight vectored thrusters provide movement in multiple directions and support precise positioning around hulls, structures, aquaculture installations and other underwater environments.

Two batteries for extended field operation

The ROV is supplied with its standard 97.68 Wh removable battery, which provides up to four hours of runtime depending on conditions and use. The Advanced Set also includes a 200 Wh battery. The swappable battery design allows a charged pack to replace the installed battery between dives, reducing downtime during longer working sessions.

Grabber Claw A for object handling

The included Grabber Claw A adds underwater retrieval and manipulation capability. It provides up to 6 kg of clamping force, 12 kg of resistance force and 120 mm of jaw travel, allowing the ROV to grip and move objects during inspection, recovery and sampling work.

Prepared for field deployment

The package includes spare left and right thrusters for field support and a carrying solution for transporting the system. Live video and control are handled through the remote controller and a connected phone or tablet, while HDMI output supports an external monitor or recording workflow. For the 2.0 ROV, compatible 2.0 accessories are required.
