Sirui MT-2204 + MT-20 Tripod Kit with Ballhead

The Sirui MT-2204 is a compact, light carbon fibre tripod supplied as a kit with the MT-20 ball head. It is made for photographers who need full-featured support but also a light, small tripod that can be kept with the equipment all the time.

Compared to conventional tripods, the MT-2204 has larger leg tubes with a maximum diameter of 29.4 mm, giving extra stability for heavier gear. The carbon fibre reduces overall weight.

• One leg can be detached and converted to a monopod
• Three leg angles: 22, 52 and 82 degrees; the legs can be folded reversely for a compact fit when travelling
• A hook under the centre column can hold added weight such as a camera bag or sand bag
• The centre column can be inverted to a lower angle for macro and close-up shots
• Leg locks open with a 1/3 turn; the knobs can be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance
• The spider has a 1/4" screw socket for connecting accessories
• Rubber feet are mounted, stainless spikes are also supplied
• A carrying case and insulated wraps on each leg for cold weather are supplied

The MT-20 ball head is made of hard aluminium alloy. The ball is 38 mm in diameter and a strong locking force lets the head stay safely at any angle. A panoramic platform, panning base and vertical notch are built into the head for panoramic photos.
