Coman M1 MINI V1 One-Click Lift carbon monopod with V1 video head, 159 cm

The Coman M1 MINI V1 is a carbon fibre monopod for photography and video with a One-Click Lift system: a button on the handle lets the four-section column extend and retract without releasing each section lock separately. The column is made of 3K carbon fibre and aluminium alloy.

The working height is 67-159 cm and the folded length is 66 cm. The monopod weighs 1.72 kg. The column load capacity is 20 kg and the V1 head load capacity is 3 kg. The column sections are 32, 28, 25 and 20 mm in diameter. Three 1/4" threaded sockets with ARRI positioning holes near the handle take compatible accessories such as articulated arms, monitors or microphones.

The V1 2D video head is made of CNC-machined aluminium with a damping system. It gives 360° panning and a tilt of -62° to +85°, has a detachable control handle for the left or right side, and a quick-release plate in the Arca-Swiss standard with a 1/4" thread. The plate can be tilted for horizontal or vertical framing.

The column sits on a fold-out three-leg base with 19 cm legs, wide rubber feet and independent leg locks. A ball joint with a 3/8" threaded connection lets the column tilt up to 90°, and the base can be removed so that the included spike can be screwed into the bottom of the column. The monopod must not be left unattended on the base, which does not give full stability on its own.
