Mitoya LANTERN 65cm Spherical Softbox [Bowens]

..:: 50 MONTHS WARRANTY ::..

MITOYA LANTERN is a unique light modifier that will provide even, soft and natural lighting for wide photo and film sets. The spherical shape of the canopy, resembling a ceiling lantern, allows the light beam to be scattered at an angle of up to 270°, which allows you to minimize the number of lamps on the set. The diameter of the time is 65 cm, and its depth is 55 cm - with such compact dimensions, the LANTERN will be perfect for working in small, confined spaces.

The umbrella design of the softbox for quick unfolding is based on a frame running through its center and twelve flexible fiberglass wires. Covered with a layer of non-slip material, they effectively tension the canopy and do not slip on the diffusion material, which makes it easier to work with the softbox, carry it or change its position with the entire lamp. The diffusion material itself has reinforcement in the central, front part, which effectively protects against abrasion due to repeated unfolding and folding. High-quality materials guarantee long and efficient operation.

MITOYA LANTERN is equipped with an integrated BOWENS system adapter, which allows it to be combined with many types of studio flashes or LED constant light lamps. The set also includes a Velcro-mounted coat, which acts as a screen limiting the spread of light. Matte black on the outside and silver on the inside not only allows you to precisely direct the light beam, but also to further enhance it. It is particularly useful in situations where the softbox is placed centrally above the object to be illuminated.
