The SmallRig 5594 is a vertical mount plate for cages with an Arca-type plate, designed to streamline vertical shooting workflows. It has an Arca-Swiss base that allows rapid attachment to camera cages or baseplates equipped with Arca-Swiss quick release plates.
The side plate integrates with Arca-type tripods and DJI gimbals (RS 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 Pro). When shooting vertically, the camera's port-facing side remains downward, keeping the top-panel controls accessible. The plate also has a 1/4"-20 threaded hole for compatibility with Manfrotto quick release plates.
