Description
The inside of the Quadralite Deep Space 165 is coated with a silver reflective finish, which gives the reflected light a more direct and intense character. In addition, its 16 fiberglass ribs provide a large working surface, creating strong, expressive lighting of the subject with clear, well-defined shadows. The 16-rib fiberglass construction keeps the fabric evenly stretched, so the umbrella holds its shape effectively. Compared with ordinary umbrellas, this model has a greater depth (47 cm), which gives better control of the light. The use of fiberglass also ensures the durability and high performance of the product.
The umbrella shaft is made of metal and makes it easy to mount on any Quadralite studio flash or LED light. The Quadralite Deep Space 165 silver parabolic umbrella can be used with or without bowl reflectors, making full use of its entire diffusing surface. When used with bowl reflectors, the light output is narrowed and the contrast is slightly increased. By adjusting the position of the umbrella in the lamp holder, you can control and modify the light directed at the subject, allowing focused or broader lighting.
