PGYTECH 2X Telephoto Lens (iPhone 17 Pro Max)

The PGYTECH 2X Telephoto Lens (iPhone 17 Pro Max) is an optical telephoto lens that doubles the telephoto reach of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. It clicks onto the RetroVa phone case with the supplied lens adapter ring, which keeps the lens aligned with the camera.

The lens doubles the focal length of the telephoto camera on the iPhone 17 Pro Max, bringing distant subjects closer without digital zoom. That makes it useful where getting closer is not an option, such as sports, wildlife or street photography. Because the magnification is optical, the result stays usable for further editing. Minimum focusing distance is around 5 metres, so the lens is intended for subjects further away.

The package includes the lens adapter ring alongside the lens. The RetroVa phone case itself is required for use and is sold separately or supplied with the RetroVa Grip Kit. Without that case the lens cannot be mounted.

At 122 x 104 x 44 mm and a net weight of 130 g, the lens stays compact enough to carry along. The supplied lens pouch protects the glass in a bag or pocket.

The lens is an expansion accessory within the modular RetroVa system, which also includes a grip, a MagSafe case and optional filter adapter rings. Combined with the PGYTECH Pro Imaging App it gives access to manual control, film filters and full format recording.
