Peak Design created the Form Rope as a minimalist and more pleasant-to-use alternative to other rope straps that Peak Design has tried before. Instead of using coarse climbing rope sewn to bulky off-the-shelf split rings, Peak Design developed its own materials and hardware to create a streamlined form with an excellent attachment experience.

The in-house developed basket-weave nylon/polyester rope provides an optimal balance of strength, softness and stretch, so the camera is comfortable to carry. At the ends the rope transitions seamlessly into colour-matched, low-profile versions of its glass-fibre-reinforced nylon Anchor Link quick connectors, which let you attach the camera securely and effortlessly.

The sleek anodized aluminium accessory loop lets you attach a spare Anchor connector so the strap can stay on you when the camera is removed.
