K&F Concept Nano-X MRC CPL Ultra-low Reflection 82mm Polarizing Filter

Designed by the K&F brand, the Concept is an indispensable accessory in the hands of every landscape or product photographer. It gives you precise control over light and allows you to capture more detail in your photos. It also gently emphasizes color saturation and contrast. It is designed to be mounted on lenses with a diameter of 82 mm.

The filter is made of high-quality Japanese AGC optical glass, which in the production process has been covered with a multi-layered MRC (Multi Resistant Coating) enriched with the use of titanium, protecting the lens against scratches and chipping. Thanks to the resistance to water and grease, no stains remain on the surface of the filter, and all naturally formed impurities settle much more difficult and are easy to remove. The MRC coating effectively reduces glare (≤ 0.1%) and provides a light transmission of 45%.

The technology used means that the filter eliminates as much as 99.9% of light rays of a specific polarity. In practice, the use of a CPL filter allows, for m.in, to reduce reflections on non-metallic surfaces, glass or water. Its rotating design, consisting of two rings screwed on top of each other, allows for a quick and precise change of polarizers, and thus almost immediate cut-off of the inflow of waves with specific characteristics.

The filter frame is made of magnesium and aluminum alloy. Its double threading allows the use of additional accessories such as other filters or sun visors. Profiled recesses make it easy to rotate, install and remove the filter. The frame is characterized by a low profile (5.3 mm), which translates into good cooperation with wide-angle lenses.
