Hexagonal, hexadecagonal studio softbox of the MITOYA SPEEDY series with a diameter of 85 cm with a BOWENS system mount. It has an integrated quick assembly system, which allows for almost instant preparation of the shooting set. Its use is aimed at obtaining soft, diffused and evenly distributed light. The softbox bowl is matte black on the outside, and lined with silver material on the inside, which additionally reflects and thus amplifies the light generated by the burner.

The SPEEDY series are softboxes equipped with two diffusers. The internal diffuser has an additional layer of material in the middle in the form of a circular overlay that tones down the strong, direct burner flash in the central area and balances it with the rest of the diffuser surface. The external diffuser, mounted on a wide Velcro at the edge of the canopy, enhances dispersion. The wide Velcro also allows you to attach the included grid set, which increases the plasticity and three-dimensionality of the lighting.

The shape of the softbox, referred to as the hexadecagon , is based on a construction of as many as 16 wires. Unlike popular octagonal softboxes, SPEEDY has a shape more similar to a circle, which gives an attractive reflection, for example, in the eyes of the portrayed person. The integrated metal adapter of the BOWENS type allows the modifier to be mounted on most lamps available on the market, such as Aputure, Amaran, Quadralite, Fomei, Jinbei, F&V, Phottix or Profoto products. The design of the adapter also allows you to freely rotate the softbox in the full 360° range.

For the production of MITOYA softboxes, high-quality materials are used, usually used in much more expensive products.
