MITOYA REGULUS Stem 16mm for Lighting Tripod

..:: 50 MONTHS WARRANTY ::..

REGULUS is a replaceable, double-sided pin (head) for MITOYA PENGUIN and MITOYA PANDA lighting stands. Made of aluminum alloy, it meets the 16 mm standard and offers two of the most popular mounting threads used in photo-video accessories or external microphones: 1/4'' and 3/8''.

The shank is massive, resistant to crushing and cracking. Its diameter at the widest point is 18 mm, which allows it to be stably mounted on PENGUIN and PONDA tripods, both vertically and horizontally. Additional flat grooves of the main parts (i.e. the 16 mm standard) facilitate the stable installation of ring, panel LED or studio spotlights. Thanks to the flat profiling, the screw pressing the lamp mounted on the tripod does not slip or twist to the sides, which allows it to maintain its stability and safety of operation.

Application

A light tripod with a removable pin is an accessory that makes it easier to work on the set. Instead of bothering with putting a large lamp on the tripod head, while taking care of the softbox mounted on it, we can quickly and easily prepare the entire lighting set on the floor, in fully controlled conditions, and then - already stable and ready to work - put on the tripod. The additional REGULUS pin will allow us to prepare various lamps in good time, which increases our mobility and flexibility. Take care of every detail and focus on creating frames! Leave the technical issues to us!
