MITOYA MOTION STRIP 22 × 90 cm is a professional studio softbox in the shape of an elongated rectangle. The integrated Bowens mounting adapter and aluminum wire rack running outside the canopy make it a useful tool for product and portrait photographers, as well as videographers working in small spaces and valuing mobility.

MOTION STRIP has two diffusers (internal and external) and a grid. The Bowens adapter is rotated and locked in the desired position with a screw so that the softbox can be positioned vertically, horizontally or diagonally. MOTION is unfolded by tensioning individual wires and locking them with latches located around the adapter. The bowl is compact, devoid of holes and clearances.

When folding and unfolding the softbox, there is no need to disassemble the inner shells every time. Diffusers and grids can remain in place at all times, which saves time and increases the comfort of work. On the outside of the canopy, there is an additional Velcro strap that is used to wrap the folded softbox for transport. The whole thing is complemented by a thick cover with a zipper and a shoulder strap.

The design with a frame on the outside of the canopy differs from popular umbrella softboxes, which have a massive metal frame inside. The inside of the MOTION softbox canopy is empty and no element of the structure covers the lamp burner. This is a great convenience when working with LED constant light lamps and studio flashes equipped with modeling bulbs. The silver reflective layer inside additionally diffuses the light and amplifies it, allowing you to use the full potential of your lamp.
