The Meike MK 50mm f/1.7 is a manual-focus lens for Sony E-mount system cameras. Its 50mm focal length is suited to portrait and street photography, while the maximum aperture of f/1.7 supports shooting in low light. A circular aperture produces out-of-focus background blur.
The optical design contains 6 elements in 5 groups. Each element has a nano optical multilayer coating that reduces flare and ghosting and supports contrast and colour reproduction. Smoothly rotating focus and aperture rings provide manual adjustment.
