Leofoto LY-224C+LH-25 tripod carbon with ball head Blue

The Leofoto LY-224C+LH-25 is a Mr. Y series carbon tripod and ball head kit in blue, designed for travel.

The Y-shaped centre column allows the legs to sit closer together when folded, reducing the packed diameter. The kit folds to 48 cm, so it takes up less space in travel luggage.

The centre column locks with a lever for quick camera height adjustments. With the legs and centre column extended, the kit reaches a maximum height of 141 cm, while its minimum height of 12.5 cm allows work close to the ground.

The legs offer four angle positions. The 42° position is intended for greater stability in wind without spreading the legs as widely as the usual middle position. Each leg has four sections.

The carbon leg tubes have a cross-rhombus fibre structure for greater strength and reduced vibration. One-piece shims make maintenance easier, while the replaceable feet attach with a 1/4" thread.

The included LH-25 ball head has a compact design and an anodised aluminium body. The clamp locks with a screw knob. The head weighs 172 g, has a load capacity of 6 kg and allows the camera to tilt up to 90°. The Arca-Swiss quick release plate makes camera mounting easier, while the scale at the base helps adjust horizontal rotation precisely.
