Leofoto LS-365C+PG-1 tripod carbon with gimbal head

The Leofoto LS-365C+PG-1 is a Ranger series carbon tripod kit with a gimbal head. It combines a tripod with a 20 kg load capacity and a PG-1 head with an Arca-Swiss mount.

The tripod has no centre column, allowing the legs to sit closely together when folded. The apex has machined cut-outs to reduce weight. The kit measures 74 cm when folded and has a total weight of 2.82 kg.

The leg tubes are made from 10-layer Toray carbon with a cross-rhombus structure that increases strength and stability and reduces vibration. The leg mechanisms use one-piece shims, and the tripod has a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

The leg sections are secured with twist locks - locking requires a 1/4 turn. The leg angles can be set to 23°, 55° and 85°.

The leg angle stops lock automatically. Pull out the stop and raise the leg to the horizontal position to engage the mechanism; when you move the leg to the desired position, the stop will lock automatically.

The included PG-1 gimbal head has a 30 kg load capacity and weighs 970 g. The Arca-Swiss mount accepts a quick release plate; a long plate for a lens foot is also included.

There are 1/4" threaded sockets underneath and on the side of the tripod apex for a Magic Arm or smartphone holder.
