Description
The Leofoto HB-70 is a ball head for supporting heavy photographic equipment. Its mechanism uses a 70 mm ball, and the camera attaches to an Arca-Swiss screw clamp.
A large main locking knob makes it easy to secure the ball after adjusting the camera position. The precisely made ball mechanism provides smooth movement for fluid changes to the framing.
Ball locking, movement resistance and the panning base have separate controls. Friction control lets you adjust how freely the ball moves, while the separate panning lock controls base rotation independently of ball locking.
The head is made from CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium and weighs 960 g. The 3/8" base thread attaches the head to a tripod.
