Leofoto AZ-235C+LH-30R tripod carbon with ball head

The Leofoto AZ-235C+LH-30R is an Azure series carbon tripod kit with a ball head. It is designed for outdoor photography, studio work and macro shots close to the ground.

The Y-shaped centre column and oval leg tubes reduce the space the tripod takes up when folded. This design allows the legs to fold tightly together while maintaining stability in use. The folded kit is 48.6 cm long and weighs 1.5 kg.

Flip locks secure the five-section legs, allowing quick changes to the tripod height. The legs have four angle settings, including a 42° setting designed for greater stability when shooting in windy locations.

The centre column consists of a long and a short section. Turn the outer ring of the mounting platform anticlockwise and remove the long section to position the camera closer to the ground. The minimum height is 17.1 cm.

The centre column can also be inverted for macro photography. To remove the column, release the locking lever at the tripod apex and turn the weight hook. The maximum kit height is 161.2 cm.

The kit includes the low-profile LH-30R ball head. The large main locking knob makes it easier to adjust the camera position, while the precisely machined ball provides smooth movement. The laser-engraved scale on the panning base helps control the rotation angle for panoramas. The mount is compatible with Arca-Swiss style components.

The tripod has a 1/4" threaded socket for attaching accessories.
