Zomei Adjustable ND Filter Slim Fader MC ND2-ND400 49mm
Description
The adjustable ND filter allows you to reduce the amount of light entering the camera sensor through the lens in several steps in the range from ND2 to ND400 (from 1 to approx. 8 f-stops). Thus, it allows you to adjust the parameters of the photo so as to obtain effects that are impossible to reproduce during retouching.
By using a ND filter, you can increase the shutter speed, which is especially useful when photographing landscapes - it attractively blurs the movement of clouds or water in rivers, lakes and waterfalls. You can achieve the same effects when shooting movies by changing the frame rate of the footage accordingly. In addition to nature, these filters are also used for light painting. They also allow for wider apertures and a shallower depth of field when shooting in bright environments.
The filter ring is made of high-quality aluminum and ABS - the thread does not wear out and does not get stuck on the lens. It is also quite narrow - it is only 8 mm wide. The lens has been coated with special hydrophobic and anti-reflective layers - the filter is resistant to water and oil, and there are no reflections and glitters in the photos. There is also no "X" effect when using the filter.
