Description

The Cokin X160 is a linear polarizer filter designed for the Cokin X-Pro (XL) series filter holder system. It reduces reflections and glare by filtering out light that has become polarized due to reflection from non-metallic surfaces such as water and glass, while also enhancing color saturation and contrast in outdoor scenes.

The rectangular filter features a knurled edge for easy rotation within the holder to adjust the polarization effect. Note that as a linear polarizer (rather than circular), it may affect autofocus and metering accuracy on some cameras and is best suited for manual focus use or video applications.
