Description
The NiSi Square Nano IRGND Soft 100x150mm GND4 (0.6) is a soft-transition graduated filter for landscape photographers. The top of the filter is dark and fades gradually to clear at the bottom, preventing an overexposed sky. It can also be used when the boundary between bright and dark areas is not clearly defined; a classic example is shooting in mountainous areas.
The filter is made from high quality optical glass (not resin) with a nano coating. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image. The filter can be repositioned in the holder to recompose the photo. An additional infrared protection coating layer eliminates infrared light, which can cast an unwanted red color on photos at small apertures.
